Polyurethane synchronous belt series

Product classification: polyurethane synchronous belt series
Product profile: the structure of the polyurethane synchronous belt consists of three parts: the back, the tensile and the teeth.
(1) Polyurethane with back
Synchronous belt to adhesive coating on the back of the tensile element, anti-bending of should have good flexibility and fatigue performance, not easy ageing, good oil resistance, wear resistance, and on the inner surface of the belt back with proper size Angle grooves, except for the technological requirements, also can improve the tooth curve bending fatigue performance, at the same time in the process of running between the belt and the tooth intercepting air escape, to eliminate some noise.
(2) Steel wire rope (or polyester cord) tensile layer
The tensile layer is the anti-pull element of the synchronous belt, which is used to transfer power, and ensures that the synchronous belt is unchanged from the time of work. It USES a multi-strand wire rope (or polyester wire rope) winding around the width of the belt along the width of the tape. It is positioned as the line of the synchronous belt. The tensile strength and fatigue strength of the tensile strength are high. The elastic modulus is large and the working time is not allowed to have elongation to ensure that the pitch distance of the synchronous belt is constant.
(3) Polyurethane toothed
The teeth of polyurethane synchronous belt should have high shear strength, good wear resistance and oil resistance. The pitch distribution of the tooth is very high, and the belt tooth should be meshed properly with the gear groove. Therefore, the correctness of the tooth geometry parameters should be strictly required. The polyurethane synchronous belt is known for its excellent oil resistance and abrasion resistance. It is suitable for high speed operation of small and medium power, the environment should be dry, and the working temperature is generally -20 ~ +80 C.
Mechanical properties of
1、Dimensions stability - pre-tension low - low noise
2、High wear resistance - no maintenance - elastic
3、The linear speed can be up to 80 m/s
Chemical properties
1、Anti - aging, water-proof solution, UVA protection, ozone protection
2、Working temperature: - 30 ℃ ~ + 80 ℃ can withstand short time up to + 110 ℃
3、High oil - proof and oil - proof
4、Most acid and alkali corrosion resistance
The application of the polyurethane synchronous belt adopts the polyurethane, which is 3~4 times stronger than the black rubber strength, and the intermediate hot wire or aramid fiber. Made of thermoplastic polyurethane materials and has a high ability to wear, all kinds of steel wire core to ensure it remains a good sport in the transmission capacity, production tolerance is small, can guarantee the accuracy and mechanical properties of the thickness and length: dimensional stability, low tension, low noise; High wear resistance, no maintenance, good elasticity; The linear speed can reach up to 80m/SEC chemical performance: anti-aging, water-proof solution, UVA protection, and ozone protection. In the process of production, nylon is added to the top of the teeth and the back of the teeth to ensure the special operation of the special application. It can also thicken a layer of polyurethane on the back of the belt to prevent corrosion or high load. It has excellent performance in mechanical strength, abrasion resistance, oil resistance and weather-resistance, and has the superiority of black rubber belt. Polyurethane synchronous belt is widely used in various fields of industry, such as ceramics, food, stone, tobacco, woodworking, printing and textile packaging.
