6,The parallel degree of the main axis of the active wheel and the passive wheel is controlled at the tangent = 1/1000. No axial position can directly affect the service life.
7,It is found that the T10 synchronous belt on the active wheel is sideways to one side, the passive wheel should be adjusted and the pressure of the tensioning wheel should be adjusted.
8,At the start, the center is changed, the T10 synchronous belt loosens, and the jumping tooth phenomenon should be checked if the wheel frame is loose, and the positioning of the shaft is inaccurate. Adjust and reinforce.
9,T10 synchronous belt installation must be properly tensioning with different models and bandwidths.
