2. Master the maintenance and troubleshooting skills of belt conveyor, able to understand the assembly drawing and assembly drawing of the conveyor.
3. Responsible for maintenance, maintenance and regular maintenance of equipment to ensure normal operation.
2. Preparation before work:
1. Spare parts, iron, bolts, nuts and other spare parts, mechanical lubricant, etc.
2. Check the support condition of the top board of the work place to check whether there are any patches and whether the gas is overlimited.
3. Inspection tools, lifting facilities, ropes and so on.
4. During the maintenance work, no less than two persons shall be allowed to cooperate with the driver during maintenance.
3.Start maintenance:
1. Test run: turn on the belt conveyor to check for abnormal conditions. When normal, turn on the machine for a week and check if there is any deviation, tear or tear on the belt.
2. The belt switch that is controlled during maintenance must be shut off and locked and "there are people working, strictly forbidden to send electricity" plates.
3. Check whether the interface of the tape is intact and whether the small frame is flat; If the oil in the head reducer is sufficient, the temperature of motor, coupling and big shaft is normal.
4. Check whether there are abnormal movements, whether there are idle and skidding phenomena in the head roller. Find problems and deal with them in time.
5. Open the gearbox to check whether the gear meshes are damaged, and whether the gearbox is short of oil to prevent the cinder from entering the gearbox.
6. Once the overhaul is completed, it will be tested again to see if the quality of the overhaul is qualified, if any problem continues. If the overhaul is qualified, it should be stopped in time, and it is forbidden to operate for a long time.
