Basic knowledge of working principles of synchronous belt
Synchronous belt transmission is from the inside of a surface with the spacing ring belt and have appropriate tooth of pulley, runtime, toothed with pulleys tooth meshing transfer movement and power, it is a combination of merits of a belt drive, chain transmission gear drive the new belt transmission. Note: reduce the center distance of the belt wheel. If there is a tensioning wheel, loosen it and then adjust the center distance. For the fixed center distance drive, the belt should be removed first, and the belt will be loaded onto the wheel before attaching the belt wheel to the axle.
You should also pay attention to the following points when installing:
1.When installing the synchronous belt, if the center distance of the two belt wheels can be moved, the center distance of the belt wheel must be shortened. After the synchronization belt is installed, the center distance will be reset. If you have a tight wheel, loosen the tensioning wheel, then install the synchronous belt and then install the tensioning wheel.
2.When the belt is synchronized with the wheel, don't force too hard, or use a screwdriver to break the band to prevent the tension in the synchronous belt from causing the appearance of the fracture. When designing the belt wheel, it is best to use two axes to move closer to each other. If the structure is not allowed, it is better to put the synchronous belt with the belt wheel to the corresponding axle.
3.Control the appropriate initial tension.
4.In the synchronous belt transmission, the parallel requirements of the two wheel axes are higher, otherwise the synchronous belt will produce running deviation when working, and even jump out of the belt wheel. The unevenness of the axis will cause uneven pressure, which is the early wear of the tooth.
5.The frame of the support belt wheel must have sufficient rigidity, otherwise the wheel will not run parallel to the two axis when the lock is running.
