2,The L synchronous belt should not be kept in an abnormal bending state.
3,Keep the l-sync zone in the shade to avoid direct sunlight, so the synchronous belt will age easily.
4,During installation, please shorten the center distance, relax the tension wheel, and not force the belt to be loaded from the 　　　bottom of the belt wheel.
5,The tooth of the synchronous belt wheel must be at a right Angle to the running direction of the belt.
6,The parallel degree of the main axis of the active wheel and the passive wheel is controlled at the tangent = 1/1000. No 　　　　axial position can directly affect the service life.
7,It is found that the L synchronization on the active wheel is sideways to one side, the passive wheel should be adjusted and the pressure of the tensioning wheel should be adjusted.
8,At the start, the center distance is changed, the L synchronization belt loosens, and the jumping tooth phenomenon should be checked, and the positioning of the axle is not accurate. Adjust and reinforce.
9,L synchronous belt installation must be properly tensioning with different models and bandwidths.
10,The tensioning wheel must be mounted on the side of the driving loose side.
